Duties and Responsibilities:
The key job functions are:
- Supervise and support Therapeutic Services Program Assistants to ensure high-quality program delivery
- Plan, implement, and evaluate therapeutic programs that foster resident engagement and well-being
- Maintain accurate documentation of programming, participation, and resident outcomes
- Complete InterRAI MDS assessments relevant to occupational therapy
- Contribute to care planning through review of Resident Assessment Protocols (RAPs) in alignment with the Collaborative Care Model
- Coordinate and participate in resident outings and special events
- Manage therapeutic equipment and supply inventory
- Document care and resident interactions in accordance with organizational standards
- Foster a respectful, inclusive, and calm environment for residents, families, and colleagues
Education:
- Bachelor degree in Occupational Therapy is required
- Current registration with the Occupational Therapy Alberta College Association and Canadian Physiotherapy Association
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Occupational Therapist is required
- Experience in long-term or continuing care considered a strong asset

Base Salary: $40-46 per hour
- Salary based on experience
Work Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am – 4:30pm
