As the voice behind GTS' most important messages, you'll turn complex strategy and technology topics into clear, trusted stories-creating executive decks, memos, and briefings for audiences including the CEO, the Senior Executive Team, and TD's Board of Directors.

The Global Technology & Solutions (GTS) Strategy & Insights team helps shape where GTS goes next-and how we tell that story. We turn complex strategy and technology topics into clear, executive-ready narratives that help senior leaders make decisions, align the organization, and deliver on what matters most. Alongside caring colleagues and supportive leaders, you'll build sharp analysis and polished materials - presentations, memos, and briefings - for audiences including the CEO, the GTS Senior Executive Team, and TD's Board of Directors.
Our North American team is led by a Vice President and brings together strategy and insights talent across six roles, including four strategy-focused positions (two Senior Managers and two Managers, including this role) and two colleagues focused on scorecard and insights.

Job Details - What You'll Do
Key responsibilities
Reporting to the Vice President, Global Technology & Solutions Strategy & Insights, the successful candidate will:
- Shape the narrative at the highest levels of the Bank: Lead the planning, coordination, and development of executive-level decks and memos used by the GTS Senior Executive Vice President in engagements with the CEO, Senior Executive Team, Board of Directors, and other critical forums.
- Help define where GTS goes next: Play a key role in refreshing GTS' short-medium- and long-term strategy and priorities, translating vision into clear strategic direction.
- Turn insight into influence: Conduct research and analysis to produce sharp briefings, presentations, and communications that inform decisions and drive alignment.
- Tell compelling strategic stories: Communicate complex ideas, insights, and recommendations in a clear, persuasive way-both live and through polished executive materials.
- Be a trusted strategic partner: Work collaboratively across GTS and the enterprise to ensure strong governance, alignment, and disciplined execution of strategic priorities.
- Build powerful relationships: Partner closely with senior executives, business leads, and subject matter experts across GTS, and collaborate with enterprise teams including Enterprise Strategy, Finance, HR, Investor Relations, and Corporate Communications.

Required:

- Planning, organization, and delivery excellence: Proven ability to independently plan work, build and manage workback schedules with multiple dependencies, prioritize competing deadlines, and deliver in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Self-starter mindset and ownership: Proactive, self-motivated professional with the ability to operate independently, anticipate next steps, and drive continuous improvement in how work is delivered.
- Strategic thinking and analytical judgment: Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to connect context across conversations, ask the right questions, and ensure materials accurately reflect intent and strategic emphasis.
- Attention to detail and executive readiness: High standards for quality and precision, ensuring all materials (decks, memos, analyses) are accurate, consistent, and presentation-ready.
Preferred:
- Business acumen and curiosity: Strong understanding of how a Bank operates and creates value, combined with curiosity and willingness to learn about technology, including emerging technologies such as AI.
- Relevant experience: Practical experience in technology (i.e., a technical background and time spent in a technical delivery role), consulting, strategy, communications, change management, business management, or delivery roles, with proficiency in Microsoft Copilot AI tools and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Collaboration and influence: Effective business partner who works collaboratively and in an agile fashion across a broad range of stakeholders to drive alignment and execution.
