The role requires strong executive presence, deep knowledge of the learning technology market, and the ability to bring together strategy, technology, data, and learner experience in a clear and actionable way.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Maintain a deep, current understanding of the global learning technology market, including vendors, platforms, and implementation models, to inform strategic direction and roadmap decisions
  • Lead the modernization and evolution of the learning technology ecosystem, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, compliant, and designed to deliver a high-quality learner experience at enterprise scale
  • Lead a major enterprise LMS migration with end-to-end accountability, bringing strong platform expertise, disciplined execution, and sound judgment across planning, vendor engagement, business case development, implementation oversight, data transition, change adoption and decommissioning
  • Partner closely with HR Technology, IT, Procurement, vendors, system integrators, and business stakeholders to ensure strong platform integration, data integrity, and sustainable operations
  • Clearly articulate risks, tradeoffs, dependencies, and recommendations to senior leaders, balancing near term delivery with longer term platform strategy

Learning Data, Analytics, and Insights
  • Advance the maturity of Learning and Development data, reporting, and insights to better demonstrate learning impact and inform decision making
  • Partner cross functionally to strengthen governance, analytics capability, and executive level reporting across learning platforms and experiences
  • Support learning data integrity, privacy, retention and regulatory compliance across learning platforms and integrations
  • Partner with HR Privacy, Risk, Legal and Technology governance teams to identify, document and remediate learning technology risk events
