The Wealth Advisory Services (WAS) Associate provides administrative and technical support to the WAS field planning team to facilitate, track and follow up on High Net Worth (HNW) client engagements and assists with producing robust client friendly plans, and support material.

Job Description:
The Wealth Advisory Services (WAS) Associate provides administrative and technical support to the WAS field planning team to facilitate, track and follow up on High Net Worth (HNW) client engagements and assists with producing robust client friendly plans, and support material.
Key Accountabilities
- Coordinate with PWM Advisors to prepare for client engagements, including agendas, checklists, and data gathering.
- Initiate financial plans in WAS templates by inputting client data and generating required reports.
- Maintain an accurate and current WAS client information and planning opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, client correspondence, presentations, and other materials for clients and internal partners.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion; escalate issues appropriately.
- Follow risk-management practices and ensure processes align with organizational standards.
- Support accurate completion of business documentation and ensure it reflects client and business intent.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and support implementation of enhancements.
- Ensure due diligence and accuracy in all client-related activities.
- Coordinate team meetings, HNW presentations, and internal/external events.
- Support planners with scanning, file organization, and central storage of plans.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment and participate in knowledge sharing.
- Stay current on business trends, tools, and best practices; engage in performance and development activities.
- Communicate proactively on project status and day-to-day activities.
- Provide support to colleagues through training, coaching, or assistance as needed.
- Provide onboarding support for new team members.
- Represent and champion the business internally and externally while supporting an inclusive workplace.
- Work independently with minimal supervision and provide strong organizational support to planners.
- Apply specialized knowledge of wealth products, services, and professional standards.
Job Requirements / Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree required.
- Certified financial planning designation is an asset (e.g., CFP, Pl. Fin).
- Experience in professional services required.
- Strong organizational skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to handle sensitive client information with discretion.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information concisely and logically.
- Demonstrated ability to support process improvements and manage risk effectively.
- Knowledge of wealth management, planning tools, and high-net-worth client environments is an asset.
