Job Responsibilities and Duties
-Prepare and cook menu items by following instructions and adhering to standardized recipes
-Develop skills in multiple stations and positions, creating daily job diversity and advancement.
-Perform opening and closing duties as required
-Maintain cleanliness and occupational health and safety standards
-Cook dishes at a high volume in high energy services
-Experience is an asset, but training is available

We are a southern smoke house, drawing inspiration from Southern Barbeque with a Canadian influence.
