What will your typical day look like?

This is a unique opportunity to deliver tailored talent experiences so our partners and managing directors can excel. You will partner closely with various Center of Excellences within the HR team to engage, develop, and support leaders at every step of the talent lifecycle. You will report to the Leadership PPMD (Partners, Principals, and Managing Directors) Experience Advisory Lead within the Leadership and Career Development Portfolio. This is a consultative and collaborative role and an exciting opportunity to be involved in high-impact work for a rapidly growing organization.

Role specific responsibilities
  • Deliver a best-in-class talent experience for Deloitte Global's most senior leaders by:
  • Working closely with and serving in an advisory capacity to senior level executives
  • Ensuring a valuable and seamless onboarding approach; contributing to the success of our leaders by enabling them to quickly assimilate
  • Collaborating with Learning colleagues to provide targeted development programs, coaching, feedback tools, and experiences
  • Partnering with senior business leaders to advise on and execute the evaluation approach for performance management
  • Driving leadership engagement with thoughtful communications, virtual sessions, and more, with an increased focus on well-being and mental health
  • Partnering with our analytics and reporting team to draw meaningful insights around Leadership (PPMD) performance, development, engagement and retention
  • Interpreting and advising on HR policy to assist in reaching viable solutions and managing associated risk
  • Identifying and mitigating risk in all areas of responsibility

Enough about us, let's talk about you

You are someone with:

  • Minimum of 5 years' HR experience in a large, global, matrixed organization
  • Solid practical knowledge of talent management disciplines, such as: performance management, succession planning, talent planning, competency development, compensation, employee relations, talent analytics
  • Strong demonstration of analytical skills and ability to prepare executive ready materials, including mastery of PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to manage competing, high-priority demands; prioritizing workload, managing projects against strict deadlines in a mostly virtual environment
  • Strong interpersonal/collaboration skills. Ability to establish credibility/rapport with stakeholders at all levels
  • Superior oral and written communication skills. Able to adjust communication style based on the audience•
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources or related field
