THE TEAM

The Mission of the Enterprise Risk Management ( ERM ) Department is to prevent, detect, and resolve loss .

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing, and our Enterprise Risk Management team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for safeguarding the security of Aritzia product, people, property, and information at our Distribution Centers (DC s ) . You will play a pivotal role in executing and educating on the day-to-day prevention, detection, and resolution of los s throughout our locations . THE ROLE

As the Senior Manager/Manager, Risk, Distribution , you will lead the team to :

• Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
  

• E stablish Aritzia's approach to Enterprise Risk Management .
  

• M inimize the loss of merchandise.
  

• P rotect our people, our clients, and our communities.
  

• E nsure the security of our physical assets.
  

• P reserve and safeguard confidential information.
  

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Manager/Manager, Risk, Distribution , has:

• Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Enterprise Risk Management .
  

• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles .
  

• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners .
  

• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business .
  

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.

The range for roles at this level is $100,000 - $300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
