PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS
CLIENT
- Soutenir l'entreprise et l'ensemble de l'équipe en fournissant des conseils analytiques de nature générale a la fonction actuarielle.
- Participer a la préparation des analyses statistiques ou des états financiers, notamment en fournissant de la documentation sur les primes, les pertes et les dépenses et en vérifiant les facteurs, les méthodologies et les hypothèses mises en application.
- Participer a l'élaboration de données, de modèles ou d'outils relatifs a la gestion, aux finances et a l'actuariat.
- Rédiger des documents dans le cadre de soumissions réglementaires.
ACTIONNAIRE
- Toujours faire preuve de discernement dans la gestion de la correspondance, de l'information et concernant toutes les questions confidentielles; signaler les problèmes a un niveau supérieur lorsque c'est approprié.
- Connaître les pratiques et les procédures de son secteur de responsabilité et se tenir au courant des nouvelles tendances dans son unité fonctionnelle.
- Protéger les intérêts de l'entreprise; cerner et gérer les risques; signaler a un niveau supérieur les activités non courantes et a haut risque, au besoin.
- Déterminer, recommander et exécuter efficacement des pratiques standard applicables au domaine.
- Se conformer aux politiques et procédures internes et aux directives réglementaires applicables.
- Se tenir au courant des problèmes ou tendances en émergence, ainsi que de l'évolution des exigences réglementaires, et évaluer leur incidence potentielle.
- Nourrir la culture d'innovation au sein de l'équipe de classification, ce qui permettra a l'entreprise d'accroître sa compétitivité.
- Entretenir une culture de gestion et de contrôle du risque, soutenue par des processus efficaces qui correspondent a la tolérance au risque.

EXPÉRIENCE ET FORMATION
- Diplôme universitaire.
- Au moins une année d'expérience pertinente.
